When Anny contacted Tuobo, she didn’t bring a full design brief — just photos of her café, a color palette, and a few ideas scribbled in her notebook.
Instead of pushing a catalog, Tuobo’s team started by listening. They asked about her daily routine — how many drinks she served, how customers carried food, how she wanted the brand to feel in someone’s hand.
From there, they built a simple plan that turned into a full custom coffee packaging line.
The disposable coffee cups came first. Tuobo suggested a double-wall structure to keep drinks warm without sleeves. The texture was matte, the logo soft gray. “It felt calm,” Anny said. “It looked like how our coffee tastes.”
Next came the custom logo printed paper bags, made with thick kraft paper and reinforced handles. They carried pastries and sandwiches with ease.
Then came the custom paper boxes, simple but elegant, for small desserts and gifts. Each one opened smoothly, with edges that held firm during delivery.
Once the core pieces were set, Tuobo used their custom printed full packaging set program to ensure all colors matched perfectly across products.
To help Anny feel confident before placing a large order, Tuobo sent physical samples — real items, not digital mockups. “It made a huge difference,” she said. “I could touch them, fold them, fill them with our food, and see how they worked.”
She also decided to include a batch of double-wall thickened paper cups for her signature latte and cold brew. “They became our customers’ favorite,” she added.
