The process of placing an order

Welcome to our customized paper packaging service! Here is our customized process


Step 1: Contact us

Before starting customization, we need to confirm with you the detailed requirements of the required products to ensure that we can accurately produce according to your needs. Customers contact our sales team to provide detailed requirements for the type, size or capacity, materials, and other required products. Our sales team will provide professional advice and ensure a deep understanding of your needs.

Step 2: Sample display

To help customers have a more intuitive understanding of our products, we offer two sample display methods. The first step is to send physical samples. According to customer needs, we will send paper products of the same type to customers in the past. The sample is free, and the customer only needs to pay the transportation fee. The transportation time is about 7 days. Secondly, it is displayed through video. According to customer needs, sales personnel can display product details to customers through past sample videos of the same size, helping customers save time and costs.

Step 3: Confirm the order

Based on customer needs, we will negotiate with them to determine the transportation method. We can provide air, sea, and land transportation options. After confirming the product, customization requirements, and transportation requirements with the customer, the sales personnel will provide a quotation to the customer to ensure that both parties reach an agreement.


Step 4: Line draft and design

In order to ensure that you can obtain satisfactory design results, we understand that you need us to provide the factory's paper cup PDF line draft for precise manuscript design.
Our sales staff will be very happy to prepare and send you the factory's paper cup PDF line draft within two hours, so that you can carry out accurate manuscript design.

Step 5: Pre production manuscript secondary confirmation

After the design draft is completed, the sales personnel will send it to the factory for confirmation. The factory will debug and confirm the manuscript, and the adjusted final manuscript will be sent by sales personnel to the customer for secondary confirmation, ensuring that the color, font, clarity, and other requirements are met. If there are any modification suggestions from customers, we will make corresponding adjustments until they are satisfied.


Step 6: 50% deposit payment

After confirming the above details, the sales personnel will send the PI (Proforma Invoice) of the order to the customer, and the customer needs to pay 50% of the total order amount as a deposit. Once the deposit payment is completed, the factory will be ready to produce the required products. According to the customer's order quantity and customization requirements, the customization production period is approximately 20-30 days.

Step 7: Production follow-up and quality control

According to the customer's order requirements, we will enter the production process. Sales personnel will be responsible for product production follow-up, including providing customers with videos of the paper cup production process. This helps customers understand the production process of the product. Throughout the entire production process, we will implement strict quality control measures to ensure that product quality meets customer requirements and standards.

Step 8: Finished product confirmation

After the completion of product production, our sales personnel will send finished product photos to customers via email or other contact information as soon as possible. These photos will showcase the appearance, color, and details of the product to ensure complete consistency with customer needs.

When confirming the finished product, we suggest that customers pay special attention to the following aspects:


Check the overall appearance of the product to ensure that there are no obvious defects or damage.


Check if the color of the product matches your requirements. Please note that due to color calibration differences between the monitor and camera, there may be slight color deviations between the photos and the actual product.


Carefully observe the details of the product to ensure that there are no printing errors, missing or blurry handwriting issues.

Step 9: 50% final payment and transportation

After the customer confirms the finished product, they can continue to pay the remaining 50% of the final payment. After the payment is completed, we will arrange for the transportation of the goods. We will carefully package the products and safely deliver them to the designated destination of the customer through the logistics company. To ensure that customers can timely understand the transportation situation of goods, we will provide you with logistics tracking information in a timely manner.


Step 10: Complete Customization

 After the goods arrive at the client, the customer confirms receipt, the transaction ends, and customization is completed.
