Every minute, up to 1,200 cups are produced under strict AI-powered quality control systems. These intelligent vision systems constantly scan coating thickness and consistency, instantly correcting any deviation to ensure each cup meets medical-grade cleanliness standards.

Torture-Testing for Real-World Durability

Good design isn't enough without real-world performance. Each batch of our custom coffee paper cups and ice cream cups undergoes stringent lab testing that simulates actual usage and harsh storage conditions.

Hot Water Pressure Endurance Test

We simulate conditions where your customer pours hot beverages at 50°C. Using precision injection systems, cups are filled to within 1 cm of the rim, equating to around 500g of water pressure. These cups are then placed on specialized leak-detection racks for 24 hours. Any minor seepage is instantly absorbed by test paper below, triggering a quality review. If the cup loses no more than 2mm of water and leaves no leakage marks, it passes.

1000-Time Flex Test: Built to Bend

Handling stress is part of everyday use. We simulate real-world stress using automated bending machines that exert 15 Newtons of force on the cup wall at a rate of 30 bends per minute. This process is repeated 1,000 times per cup. Post-test, another water-seal evaluation is conducted to ensure structural and sealing integrity remains intact.
